Also, how is this possibly a nerf?

If you want to be able to run sites easily without being disturbed or interacting with other people, might I suggest you move to null sec.

Which is why it would be such a fundamental change if CCP ever altered the mechanics. One of my pilots said he was having k162s spawn DURING DT (had probes watching signatures both immediately before and after DT). Which, if verified, means the database was triggering them, not actual players.
Could potentially interconnect WH space a lot more, which we need.
